M. K. NIRMAN SEWA PVT. LTD. started functioning at a time when Nepal was poised for rapid constructional development. A group of two young friends decided to extend their services with zeal and commitment for good workmanship in the field of civil construction. So the firm M/S M. K. NIRMAN SEWA PVT. LTD. was established in the year 1978.

The very first year proved challenging and success story started building up. Turn over started multiplying over the years and this reflected the quality of services rendered to the clients. It gave the firm the sense of achievement and, with renewed vigour, it toiled for employer’s satisfaction.

Now, M. K. NIRMAN SEWA PVT. LTD. is a government registered “A” class national contractor. Its main objectives now are to offer projects fully specialized and competitive civil construction services. This firm has gained lots of experiences mainly in the field of roads, bridges, buildings, airport and irrigation canal construction works. It has its central office in Babar Mahal, Kathmandu and suitable project offices are opened as and when necessary. It has a permanent staff of 66 well-qualified people. The staff of the firm is kept small but highly efficient and work oriented. This firm also maintains an excellent relationship and understanding with different teams of local and foreign consultants and contractors, from diverse disciplines, and also seeks their close cooperation in matters of complementary skills.

The firm, M. K. Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd., is run by three Directors apart from the Managing Director who are well qualified, seasoned and experienced professionals of high caliber. The knowhow and the varied experiences of the firm are not stagnant but kept well updated to the modern and fast developing technology in the various fields.
